We are asking that our States begin enforcing existing CRIMINAL child support laws.

Greetings,

We are a group of parents who are not receiving child support. Our Civil Court Systems have failed us. Sheriff/Police Departments all over the United States are turning parents away stating that child support can only be dealt with Civilly, however each State has Criminal Child Support Laws. We are asking that you, our Government Officials, help us get our Sheriff and Police Departments to begin enforcing existing Criminal Laws, which make it a Misdemeanor/Felony to wilfully not pay your child support!
