Please enforce our US Laws on Torture regarding the obvious and in some cases admitted violations by members of the Bush Administration. US Code  Title-18 Chapter-113C is quite clear. There appears to have been a massive conspiracy to get around Federal Laws on torture that extended to the highest level of the Bush Administration.  Please see this link to US Code at Cornell University http://tinyurl.com/besdd3 There are other Federal Laws and our Constitution which it is said were also violated.  All of the suspected crimes should be included in any investigation leading to prosecution.

I am angry that we effectively have a two tier standard of justice in America.  One where we common citizens are held liable to prosecution for any violation of our Federal Laws and another separate system of justice for our leaders which allows them to violate Federal Laws and our Constitution at will without fear of prosecution and with the assurance that they will be protected by their successors, in this case, President Obama and his appointee lawyers. 

This is unacceptable.  You took an oath to protect our Constitution and enforce our Federal Laws.  Should you refuse to call for serious investigation and prosecution of these Federal crimes I must assume that you are soft on crime.  I hope to continue to support you in the future but much depends on how you handle this issue.  These Federal Capital Crimes cannot stand.  I do not need revenge but I do need justice, now.  Prosecute all Bush Administration officials for all of the  violations of Federal Laws of which the public is aware.
