Amazon.com has become any online marketplace sellers worst nightmare. Amazon believes they have the right to hold onto sellers funds and release them as they see fit. How is that legal?
All kids of sellers big and small sell their items on Amazon. Once the item is sold to a customer the seller should have access to their funds. Amazon believes that they can hold the sellers funds for up to 180 days. Often their excuse will be that the seller had a "spike" in sales and that shows as a red flag?! So now Amazon can "punish" sellers who are making large numbers of sales by holding their money.
Rumor has it that Amazon does this so they can invest your money and mine and make interest off the sellers money.
Sellers such as myself cannot afford to lose the rights to access their money because we are selling to make a living.
What job has employees work and then withhold their pay?
Lets put a stop to Amazon's bad business practices today.
