Mr. Kenneth Cuccinelli is the Attorney General and chief law enforcement officer for the state of Virginia.  He is vested with the legal responsibility to protect all Virginia voters from election fraud.  In the 2008 state presidential election, all Virginia voters were defrauded out of a lawful election by the Democratic National Party (DNC) and Barack Hussein Obama.  Now, these same parties intend to commit similar fraud against Virginians in 2012.  Mr. Cuccinelli’s refusal or failure to actively pursue investigations and prosecutions of this ongoing election fraud constitutes a betrayal of his sworn oath of office and his official duties.

Under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, an individual who aspires to be president must be a "natural born citizen."  This is not an optional requirement.  It is not subject to modification by popular vote.  It cannot be invalidated by federal legislators who arrogantly choose to reject the Constitutional mandate.  It cannot be repealed or modified by legislative fiat.  State and federal government officials cannot rationalize away a Constitutional mandate as no longer necessary or controlling.  The U.S. Constitution remains the supreme law of the land until it is properly amended according to the process set forth within the Constitution.

The term "natural born citizen" requires that an individual be born within the geographical confines of the United States to two U.S. citizen parents.  Herbert W. Titus, a respected Virginia attorney, has succinctly defined who is a "natural born citizen." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIf0GwaAyI8  Because this issue is so important to Virginia citizens and to all Americans who take seriously their U.S. Constitution, a large body of legal writings, pleadings and briefs covering this topic has been generated on the Internet.  Simple research by anyone will produce no shortage of convincing proof that fraud has been and continues to be committed by the prime perpetrators, the DNC and Barack Hussein Obama.

The time for action is urgent.  Another presidential election is fast approaching.  The past 2008 criminal fraud in the State of Virginia needs to be investigated and prosecuted.  More importantly, immediate action is required by Mr. Cuccinelli to prevent a repeat of the fraud in the upcoming 2012 Virginia presidential election.  Mr. Cuccinelli must be persuaded not to let Virginians down and permit them to again be disenfranchised of their vote in 2012.  Please sign this petition, which implores Mr. Cuccinelli to utilize his taxpayer funded investigative and prosecutorial resources to protect Virginia voters from this serious election fraud.
