1) Reckless Endangerment - discharging his weapon, unnecessarily, around others, putting them in danger

2) Disturbing the Peace - that one is pretty self explanatory

3) Distruction of property - Bear Bear is considered property

With these extra charges, he would have to face a jury. He would have to face the public.

Dear Sir,

Officer Keith Elgin Shepherd is being charged with 2 misdemeanors for killing an innocent animal. He needs to have the following charges added as well:

1) Reckless Endangerment - discharging his weapon, unnecessarily, around others, putting them in danger

2) Disturbing the Peace - self explanatory

3) Distruction of property - Bear Bear is considered property

The police officer must be held accountable for abusing an animal and being negligent and careless with a firearm in a public dog park.

This officer is too dangerous to be put in a position to protect the public. He is abusing his authority.

We are requesting these additional charges to be added to this incident and appropriate action be taken against the federal officer. Animal cruelty is a crime and his actions should be taken seriously and have serious consequences.
