A Plan That Works!

Dear Representative,

Hello everyone reading this message. My name is Raphawn Staton. I'm a 29 year old student in Norfolk, Virginia. The plan that I want to share with you is something that me and my wife have personally tried and were very successful. Now I know I can't go into all the details, but I will try to give you a brief understanding of the vision I have.  Now just imagine, with the calender in mind that if every working American could put $10,000.00 into the economy to improve its current condition. I'm not sure exactly how many working Americans there are, but just take 1 million people for ex. 1 million people would add up to a 10 Billion dollar budget to invest with. Now I know you may be thinking the average American doesn't have $10,000.00 to invest into themselves let alone the economy. The solution to this problem is to break that 10 thousand dollars up into different sections, for those who can afford it would pay $20.00 a day for less than 15 months and those who cant really afford it would have the option to stretch there 10 thousand dollars over a period of 6 years with a buddy, which would in turn bring that daily requirement to $2.50(average) making this plan totally affordable. This money would be used to open different businesses, fund some of the energy programs that lie ahead and create jobs for many who are without work.  The profits made from these company's created could be used to start paying of some of the debt owed by America and or to put money back into the pockets of the people who helped create this American empire that will bring us out of the recession that we are currently in. 
I'm not quite sure how all of these different 800 Billion to one Trillion bail out plans are working and I'm not quite sure how it is to be paid back, but I trust like many other Americans that there is a good beneficial plan for those funds. The money required to start this program is not even close to that amount required for the bail out plan. Your only looking between 5-10 million dollars to properly manage and market this program.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to hear my plan, and the look forward to hearing what the government thinks about this plan and or why it will or will not work. I've been working on this plan off and on for over three years. I would have never thought that I would be bringing this plan to the government, but three years ago we weren't really in as bad a situation as we are now.
