The young woman that was gang raped in California was a victim of people who have a clear hatred of women.Therefore,these young men should be charged with a hate crime.Rapists psychologically hate women.  I urge you to enact laws with more severe penalties,to make sure this never happens again. Our nations young men MUST understand that this type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.Thank you for your time. Our nations women are counting on you to protect them.
