National Peace Corps Association

Testimonials

  1. Matthew Leonard highly recommended

I am currently interning with this organization, and have had the oppurtunity to witness first hand the immense amount of work the staffers here do to further the causes of the Peace Corps. As stated in the description, the National Peace Corps Association is dedicated to fostering peace through service, education and advocacy. Although the NPCA community is primarily made up of returned Peace Corps volunteers, the NPCA welcomes anyone who may be interested in joining the Peace Corps (but are not currently able) or identifies with the goals and methods of the Peace Corps. Volunteer organizations like the Peace Corps are highly efficient, and make the most out of every dollar they spend. More importantly, the assistance they provide to the rest of the world facilitates steady, sustainable growth. These organizations provide people around the world with a face of America that is positive, hard working and most likely unexpected. Considering our current reputation internationally, it is hard to deny the benefits such grassroots diplomacy provides. If you are concerned with advancing peace and global development, the NPCA offers many oppurtunities for you to do so.
