Rescue agreements MUST prevail to protect the welfare of our innocent helpless rescued animals.  An animal cannot call you when being compromised. As non profit no kill 501C-3 animal charity rescue organizations we cannot afford attorney fees and court costs. The courts MUST enforce and honor our animal rescue agreements so as rescuers we can continue to protect the welfare of our rescues and continue our hard efforts and serve the community. We need your support by signing this petition. Rescuers pour their hearts and wallets into saving the lives of strays and our rescue agreements MUST be enforceable when breached. Thank-You for signing this petition now an animals life is depending on it.

To:
Your Honor
We beg of you Your Honor to have defendant legally stripped of possession of rescue dog and returned to plaintiff immediately due to breach of rescue agreement both oral and written.

Sincerely,
[Your name]

I love and rescue animals having a non profit foundation. It's all about the welfare and protection of animals.. .to me they are sometimes better than people.
