I'm so moved and grateful for the support from "the 99%" (pun intended) of those who've posted comments here. Ironically, as the homeowner being referred to in this petition, I'm honored to be the 100th person to sign it! Thank you, everyone! I really appreciate your support during this very difficult time in my life.

WF, it makes no sense to refuse to let this homeowner make payments. Give her a break - she deserves it - and it's the moral thing to do. We taxpayers bailed you out - you, in turn, have a moral obligation to be flexible with people who honestly want to catch up on their payments.

Wells Fargo owns our Mortgage and they refuse to refinance or modify it. They're dirty, dirty, dirty and after taking our tax money for the bailout, they still refuse to do anything. We should have let them go under in 2008.

I'm actually facing a similar situation, I am disabled too, actually its due to the columbine shooting and i have a spinal cord injury as a result. But anyway, I am behind on my payments, as I need to get a job a.s.a.p but i do have mers and wells fargo on my mortgage, and i know both of those entities are known to be involved in a lot of shenannigans like this to say the least. Not to harp the point, but they got "bailed out", they should at least help the disadvantage, especially if they are willing to make payments, that seem insane.
