Save the Wedge pack!

    1. Petition by

      Rachel Elliott

      Plant City, FL

Washington states eighth wolf pack is facing imminent death. Just recently, a kill order was called for the pack. Officials would kill four members of the pack , leaving the other wolves to fend for themselves and most likely succumb to death as well. This alarmed many wildlife organizations and seven groups contacted Washington Governor Christine Gregoire asking her to cancel the kill order.
The order is now on hold-but that doesn't mean the wolves are safe just yet. We cannot rest until the kill order for wolves in the Wedge pack is permanently withdrawn!
Help save the wolves by signing this petition and also by sending your comments to Christine by calling the number below.

These wolves were just found and almost immediately given a death sentence with no other options tried or even a possibility. It is disgusting that ranchers everywhere want these animals to go yet do nothing to protect their cattle on public lands.

This is an outrage! The world is overpopulated with PEOPLE! Sterilize people and leave the wild creatures alone!

There are very few wolves in Washington. They are not causing problems, let them be. once the howl of the last wolf fades from the mountains, the last of the American wilderness will have disappeared with it.
