Just got off the phone with Scott Armstrong and unfortunately not much will change. He kept mentioning "how the new upgrades Verizon has made is offset by the high prices Verizon charges. The increase in the amount it costs for smartphones is the reason why they have done away with the $100 credit towards a new upgrade in have done away with the unlimited data plans. The $30 charge is apparently to offset the training costs customers get when they go to a Verizon store". He even tried to see what he could do for me other then waive the $30 fee. I explained to him I pay $10 for unlimited data. It looks like he did not believe me. After a few minutes the most he said he could do would be to offer me the shared data at $10 for the 2GB plan. Really?!! That's the best? Seems like we need to shake things up a bit. We must get louder and louder!!!!
