We are being forced to lose our unlimited plans just because we want to upgrade. We once used to get up to a $100 credit to put towards an upgrade and that is gone. Now we must pay a $30 upgrade fee. We have been "Netflixed"!!!!!

Please email this petition to CEO Dan Mead of Verizon along with your personal thoughts.

Just got off the phone with Scott Armstrong and unfortunately not much will change. He kept mentioning "how the new upgrades Verizon has made is offset by the high prices Verizon charges. The increase in the amount it costs for smartphones is the reason why they have done away with the $100 credit towards a new upgrade in have done away with the unlimited data plans. The $30 charge is apparently to offset the training costs customers get when they go to a Verizon store". He even tried to see what he could do for me other then waive the $30 fee. I explained to him I pay $10 for unlimited data. It looks like he did not believe me. After a few minutes the most he said he could do would be to offer me the shared data at $10 for the 2GB plan. Really?!! That's the best? Seems like we need to shake things up a bit. We must get louder and louder!!!!

I had sent Dan Meade CEO of Verizon an email to sign the petition twice. LOL It looks like it worked. I got a message directly from Verizon to contact Scott Armstrong. I will keep everyone posted on what happens tomorrow.

This petition has been extended until Dec. 14th. We have a long way to go to get Verizon to hear our voices. We need to start spreading this Petition to all the people we know. Let's not quit yet. Verizon must allow us to keep our unlimited data plan and not force us to pay more money! We've all been to loyal to long!

How can I be paying the same price for 4 GB data and two smartphone lines ($150) as I was pre-upgrade with unlimited data? My brother upgraded to the IPhone 5 with AT&T and they still honored his unlimited data. If u want to do away with unlimited for new customers that is one issue, but to screw over your customer base that has been with you for years by handcuffing them with this upgrade clause is low. The bottom line is that Verizon is going to start seeing customers turn away from the service and I can say I would have if I was better informed about how little 4, 6, 8 GB of data truly is. The worst part is I had a employee at Verizon store feed me some garbage response about 96% of people not using much data but the company changed unlimited due to the 4% who use 100 GB data per cycle. They did it to make it fair for everyone he says. Come on, do you peg me for a fool Verizon, I think the company is doing fine financially. Bottom line, very disappointed Verizon and hope you review your ways before its too late

I am signing because I pay for 5 phones, four that are iPhones and need the unlimited data! I can't afford to look over my shoulder every day for overages! Plus I can't afford to pay full price for three phones I can upgrade. I have been a loyal customer for almost ten years and I deserve to be able to keep my unlimited data!!!

Shared data plans = literally paying more for less. If I don't get to keep my unlimited data plan, I WILL switch providers!

Verizon has no loyalty to customers like myself whom have been with them for years. Customers service has gone out the window also. 5 years ago they used to be the best.
