USAA claims to help and support military personnel and veterans yet after making a mistake that cost a disabled veteran $2500, they refuse to take responsibility for it and have hired a multi-million dollar law firm to prevent the veteran's recovery of his disability income.

I com from a military family, and been with them over half my life. I too, recently ran into some financial troubles and made an agreement with them. After I did my part of the agreement, they refuse to hold their part of their agreement and now I too am going to file a lawsuit against them.

USAA: Never forget that you work for us, the customers! If you make a mistake, take responsibility and reimburse the client. What is $2500 when you make millions?

USAA used to be the soldier's friend. Now they go out of their way to harm veterans.
