SAVE THE DOGS - nationalize face book

DOGS - the poor dears - are not being allowed to bark,
and are being muzzled constantly in
new and cruel ways - despite their First Amendment rights to "freedom of speech...
press....the right ...peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the Government for a redress of grievances."
In fact, the way the dogs are being muzzled by a new type
of soldiery right in their homes reminds me that
"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house,
without the consent of the Owner..." That's the Third
Amendment to the US Constitution.
The Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments
also apply here, as well as the THIRTEENTH! Yes,
WE, THE DOGS OF THE UNITED STATES.... HAVE RIGHTS!
The Due Process Clauses of the US Constitution, and
"exclusive Right" clause of Article One, Section Eight
also apply here.
Of course, I am referring to the illegal throttling of petitions
and illegal limitations on freedom of speech imposed under
the guise of so-called social networking sites, with their so-called
"rules" which are unconstitutional - and their new and advancing
techniques of coercing their victims to agree with their
ridiculous rules and punishments.
And look at this: from the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF
HUMAN RIGHTS:
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations, (NOTE: Why was the COMMITTEE of 37 Peace Initiative
repeatedly throttled and shut down in 2010, and then subjected
to additional similar treatment in 2012 and 2013?)
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, (See the Granny Ralls petition)
Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
Article 1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. (NOTE: "Incitement to such discrimination" would include
FALSE REPORTS OF HARASSMENT, or such reporting taking precedence
over Constitutional rights and due process. Hmmmm - where have we seen
THAT before?
Article 9. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
(NOTE: Arbitrary detention: what about 30 or 60 day shutdowns of
Friend requests, shutdowns of messaging, etc.? What about shutdowns
of accounts, which entail EXILE from the world community of social
networkers?)
Article 10. Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him. (HARASSMENT is a criminal charge. Yet
administrators hurl this charge against human rights activist K9s
to shut us up; and they do this ALL THE TIME, arbitrarily and
capriciously, without regard to standards or fairness or law.
Article 11. (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has
had all the guarantees necessary for his defence. (WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT
GETS THROTTLED, SUBJECT TO HOSTILE SURVEILLANCE,
SHUT DOWN, OR SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS, THAT IS A PENALTY.
AND WHEN SOCIAL NETWORKING ADMINISTRATORS, OR THOSE
PHISHING THEIR STATUS, PULL THIS NONSENSE, THEY ARE
CHARGING PEOPLE WITH PENAL OFFENSES.)
(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
(Social networking sites MAKE UP stuff out of the blue, and
accuse people of these made-up ex post facto offenses all the time).
Article 12. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his
privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his
honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the
protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
(Have YOU had that happen to you before? Hmmmm.
What about Article Six of the US Constitution? What about
Article Four, Section Four? Why does the US Government
idly stand by - or even participate in these massive violations
and vilifications of human rights and human rights activists?)
Article 16. (3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. (Isn't it true that social
networking families exist - and have been broken up
by administrators?)
Article 17. READ THIS: (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. (YOUR WRITINGS ARE YOUR PROPERTY)
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. (SEE ABOVE.
SEE ARTICLE ONE, SECTION EIGHT, EXCLUSIVE RIGHT CLAUSE).

Article 18. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. (This is REPEATEDLY violated by social networking sites, and the people phishing them;
and has been violated by the State if they are complicit in that.)
Article 20. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. (NOT ACCORDING TO THE "RULES"!)
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
(CLICK "I AGREE" - OR WE WON'T LET YOU BACK ON!
ISN'T THAT MEMBERSHIP VIA COMPULSION?)
Article 21. (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives. (Have you ever been
UNABLE TO CONTACT your freely chosen representatives, or
even PREVENTED FROM VOTING, due to social network throttling?)
(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
Article 22. Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality. (UNLESS "ADMINISTRATORS" DISAGREE!)
Article 23. (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests. (THEN - why do "administrators" SHUT DOWN and silence
activists who work for these goals?)
Article 25. (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
(WHY, then, are activists SHUT DOWN and silenced for working in
perfect accord with these goals?)
Article 26. (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children. (WHY, then, are EDUCATORS and teachers
repeatedly throttled, muzzled, and put in the dog pound by
"administrators"?
Article 27. (1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
(NOTE: Why do administrators constantly stick their knives
into these rights on social networking sites?)
Article 28. Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
(NOT ACCORDING TO THESE ADMINISTRATORS.)
Article 29. (1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
(People on social networking sites are "subjected to" QUITE A FEW
MORE "limitations" than are "determined by law". These
administrators seem to have been inventing new restrictions
on a daily basis during February and March of 2013, in a manner
which is treason against the Constitution.
.
BE IT RESOLVED, therefore:
That the US Government, in response to massive and
repeated violations of civil rights, should do the following:
1) Nationalize Facebook for a duration of three years.
All employees of Facebook and its branch organizations
shall be guaranteed their current jobs at current or better
salaries and titles and status.
The US Government shall assess civil rights penalties
against Facebook by the unique method of offering
Facebook one of two choices: either a fine of
one trillion dollars ($1,000,000,000,000) to be paid
in monthly installments of 100 billion dollars over
ten months forthwith; OR a tripling of Facebook stock
to three times the number of shares it now holds,
with the US Government owning all of the newly created
shares.
At the end of the three years, the US Government shall
divest itself of all Facebook stock by granting it freely
in these portions: 20% to survivors of combat veterans,
20% to the poorest twelve tribes of American Indians
by an equalization formula; 20% to victims of Government
injustices, 20% to Facebook activists who have been
repressed, and 20% to the poorest 30% of veterans in the
United States.
During the three years of its nationalization of
Facebook, the board of directors of Facebook shall
remain the same, but shall be added to in the
following ways: A) the President of the United
States or his representative shall be the Chairman
of the Board; B) one representative from Human
Rights Watch; C) one representative from ProPublica;
D) one representative from the American Civil Liberties
Union; E) one representative from Hillsdale College
to be appointed by Larry P. Arnn or his successor(s);
F) one representative from a school of diplomacy in
Washington DC; and G) one representative from one
other international human rights organization arising
from the Helsinki Accords, as well as THREE US
activists who have been throttled by Facebook or
its affiliates, or muzzled by and thrown off Facebook.
These ten members of the Board of Directors shall have
two-thirds of the shareholder votes of Facebook for
the three year duration of nationalization.
During the three years of nationalization, the US
Government shall, by virtue of Article Four, Section
Four, guarantee Constitutional standards for the operation
of Facebook and the way it is administered, throughout
the United States and other nations. The US Government
at this time shall protect the United States from invasion
by such forces as may have been phishing Facebook in
order to silence American activists, from beyond the
borders of the United States. During this time, the
US Government shall investigate all such activities
which have occurred over the past twelve years.
At the same time, the Treasury of the United States
shall manage Facebook and shall add to the
United States Treasury all such profits as shall
be earned by Facebook during the three years of
its nationalization by the US Government.
Here is one last clause from the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights - and in fact
the Declaration shall be used as one of the
guiding principles in the charter by which the
US Government should nationalize Facebook:
Article 30. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

When you make a phone call, does the operator come on and
interrupt the call and say, "You're on a 30 -day block!" or "We don't
like what you've been saying!" (?) If the phone company used
these insidious throttling and blocking mechanisms, they'd be
out of business. However, there is a way to remedy the
disgusting censorship of Face Book: Facebook should be
nationalized and made a part of the US Postal Service.
Since it is a Federal offense to interfere with US Mails,
and a Federal offense to tamper with a mailbox, the
US Postal Service could collect fines from the prosecution
of malicious hackers, and would protect free speech rights.
Not only that, but the US Government would be able to
balance the budget and pay down the national debt.
In any legislation by Congress to nationalize Facebook
the nationalization could be made conditional on using 80% of
the revenues obtained to pay down the national debt -
      NOT for new spending programs.

Dogs bark. That is a fact. Just as people talk and we have all met people we would like to muzzle, but it is illegal and I humane. Same for dogs and cats. If you don't want a barking dog then do not buy or adopt a dog as you have no right to have one in your home. Might I suggest you have no children as babies cry! Some have no patient nor concept of animal and for that matter baby behavior so just buy a stuffed animal and baby doo, and stick with inanimate objects
