Investigate the death of Kenneth Chamberlin.

On November 19th, 2011 White Plains New York police shot and killed 68-year-old Kenneth Chamberlain inside his White Plains apartment after his Medic Alert bracelet was accidentally activated. Yesterday a Grand Jury declined to indict any of the police officers involved, even though several of them already have a history of brutality and racist behavior. Chamberlin was a Marine veteran who served his country, yet to the White Plains police his life had no value.

There are no words to express the outrage that we feel over this injustice. The Million Hoodies Movement for justice asks you to please join us in letting the White Plains Police Department and city officials know that this will not stand. We demand accountability and justice for Kenneth Chamberlin. Please tell the New York Attorney General and the US Justice Department that we want action.

the audio tapes of this tragedy should be heard on every news station in america. instead these tapes are buried and the horrendous racist behavior of these 3 officers involved in this murder are being protected. these officers are being investigated on other charges of abuse toward minorities in our area before they killed mr. chamberlain...why are they still on the police force which is there to protect and serve the community? get the audio tapes out there...people need to hear the truth!

this was another instance of american police committing murder openly in pursuit of their sexualized sadism and nazi proclivities. they must all be brought to justice.

I am signing this because this is an outrage and I cannot believe that police officers are allowed to intimidate, harass, bully, torture and then MURDER people. This man, was minding his own business in the "safety of his home" and was ambushed by racist police officers who were only there for a "welfare check" because of his Medic Alert bracelet. How did he end up dead by their hands if they were just checking on him?? What if the tables were turned? A private citizen would not be allowed to bang on a police officer's door bullying them without being told to leave (and then being MADE to leave by the police). The very people that are supposed to SERVE AND PROTECT citizens just COMMITTED MURDER and got away with it. What an outrage!! My thoughts are with the family of Mr. Chamberlain. I am so sorry for your tragic and sudden loss.
