United States Senate: Expel Senator Dianne Feinstein for failure to uphold her Oath of Office.

    1. Petition by

      Brian Bauer

      Virginia Beach, United States

Senator Feinstein, according to her official website, will introduce legislation in January 2013 that will violate the Constitutional Rights of every American citizen.

http://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/assault-weapons

Her proposal will ban future sales of 120 specifically named firearms as well as semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, and handguns with at least one "military characteristic," and all magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds.   The proposal will require all "grandfathered" firearm owners to register their firearms with ATF, submit fingerprints, photo identification, and be verified by local law enforcement during the registration process.

Her proposal is a gross violation of the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and represents a failure to uphold her oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Expel Senator Dianne Feinstein in accordance with Article 1, Section 5 of the United States Constitution.

We are failing on the signatures. I have promoted this petition the best way I know how. Email, Facebook, Forums. I have encouraged those that have signed to promote the petition as well. This is our fight. If everyone that signed this petition promoted it through 1 outlet, we could reach tens of thousands of people.

Learn about how Washington D.C vs Heller (2008) solidified the meaning of the 2nd Amendment for gun owners. It separated "well regulated militia" from "the right of the people to keep and bear arms." This Supreme Court ruling was a huge victory for Gun Owners. Google it.

      Thanks,
      Brian

She took an oath and should be made to stand by it! Or else throw her out. And any one else that breaks their oath!
