Please help us push United to redesign this service or discontinue offering it. The way it works now is not safe or serviced appropriately. Your support will help keep children that fly as unaccompanied minors safe while traveling, and ensure that families that use this service are handled with care.

I have a niece and nephew who are about to travel from WA DC to Seattle during their school vacation to visit their Grandparents (my parents). I want to make sure if they elect to fly on a United flight that the same mess does not happen to them.

The safety of children is of utmost to me as a sister, an aunt, and one day a mother. Their lack of care and endangerment of a child is unacceptable.

I used to fly as an unaccompanied minor when I was a kid. I can understand how scary it is to be in a big airport all alone at a young age.

We can't continue to have young kids left to fend for themselves.

Because maybe, just maybe, through some kind of mass outcry will an organization as huge as United pay attention. They have proven over and over that one individual has no chance of ever getting the attention of United. One gnat has no chance of getting an elephant's attention. Maybe 100,000 of us gnats might, just might, get the elephant's attention and make it move a little towards a more reasonable policy. If it doesn't hurt, it won't react.
