Bring Uber to Portland, Oregon!

      Portland, United States

If you live in Portland and you don't have a car, you know it can be challenging to get around town and that cabs can keep you waiting...and waiting. Fortunately, the technology company Uber has developed software that lets anyone get a ride through their smartphone app. In other cities, drivers arrive curbside in minutes, you can track your ride, and your credit card is charged when you arrive at your destination. Uber is in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles and many other cities but the company has not yet come to Portland. We're the only major city on the West Coast that doesn't have Uber and we need to change that. Sign my petition and tell Uber to bring their stylish rides to Oregon.

Portland needs more options and uber offers a convenience level that other providers should be encouraged to match.
