Pass legislation HR 2104 (the CARE bill)

      Sacramento, CA

This bill would mandate federal minimum standards for the education, training and certification of medical imaging and radiation therapy personnel.
Proper education will make quality, safe and cost effective maging exams including xrays, CT and radiation therapy. Reimbursement of imaging exams and therapy should require educated and credentialed personnel to allow for high quality diagnostic images and reduce costs by fewer repeat exams or delays in diagnosis.
