Please quit blocking EATMOREKALE.COM’s federal trademark application.

This petition is against corporate bullying. Vermont's own EATMOREKALE.com, a small, quirky family business, is attempting to secure a federal trademark for the business name they've been using for at least ten years "EATMOREKALE.COM". Corporate Goliath fast food chain Chik-Fil A is blocking their attempt alleging EATMOREKALE.COM confuses Chik-Fil A customers. Let's send a message that corporate bullying like this is abusive and won't be tolerated.

I've been a fan of those bright, green "Eat More Kale" stickers for a while now. We need a constant supply of those! Down with corporate greed! (Not too mention corporate foolishness).

Why is a huge CORPORATE company like Chik-Fil-A trying to hurt a small business like EATMORE KALE.COM?

Chik-fil A doesn't serve anything resembling kale! No one would confuse their fast food with something green & nutritious.

I wonder what and how Chik-Fil-A even found out what Kale is, or maybe that is the problem? Not even close. What is the underlying issue for that company? Trying to shake down EAT MORE KALE?
