Three Year Old Child Raped No One Prosecuted

    1. Nancy Lockhart, M.J.
    2. Petition by

      Nancy Lockhart, M.J.

      Columbia, SC

Four years ago a 3 year old girl was raped in Athens, Ga. The two men who committed rape have not been prosecuted to date. One additional man tortured The Little Girl and has not been prosecuted either.

The Cottage, Inc. provided counseling services as well as, a medical examination for the little girl while District Attorney Ken Mauldin sits on the Board of Directors for The Cottage. Police records requested through the Freedom Of Information Act have been denied and records fromThe Division of Family and Children Services must be subpoenaed. Evidence shows that this 3 year old child was raped and had been raped prior to the reported incident.

"The Little Girl" has been removed from this criminally abusive home but, has asked her new mother why "children get time out when they do wrong and nothing at all happens to adults when they do wrong".

We are going through the same thing. The child victims were placed back with the abusive mother who covered up violent assault and rape of her children ages 6, 3 and 9 months old. I was able to get the mother to admit it on tape and the stepfather admitted he was beating the children as well as the sibling admitted to child protective services that he had been molesting his sisters and other children because he was raped himself at three by a man but the man was never prosecuted. If we can connect with you. We would love to hear your story further and share our efforts further. Meanwhile, God bless you for caring. It appears there are too many black child victims of rape and violent assault being ignored by prosecutors even though these prosecutors and police departments receive black tax dollars too.

I know the life-changing agony of sexual assault. Prosecutors should be bold in cases like this.

No child should be abused in any manner. Please make this stop!
