Commute the Sentence of Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory

    1. Petition by

      FREE BIG MEECH MOVEMENT

Recently President Obama, commuted the sentences of eight federal inmates who were convicted of crack cocaine offenses. Each inmate has been imprisoned for at least 15 years, and six were sentenced to life in prison. Demetrius should also be afforded this same consideration! He has not been convicted of any violent crimes, but still he is in the Highest Security prison in the Federal Penal system! Where the 9/11 terroists and Larry Hoover are housed! Sign this Petition to let The White House know that this is unjust!

DEMETRIUS "BIG MEECH" FLENORY IS NOW IN THE PRISON FACILITY THAT IS BEST KNOWN FOR HOUSING INMATES WHO HAVE BEEN DEEMED TOO DANGEROUS,TOO HIGH-PROFILE OR TOO GREAT A NATIONAL SECURITY RISK FOR EVEN A MAXIMUM-SECURITY PRISON.ADX ALSO HOUSES FOREIGN TERRORISTS.THE MAJORITY OF INMATES HAVE BEEN SENT THERE HAVE AN EXTENSIVE HISTORY OF COMMITTING VIOLENT CRIMES AGAINST CORRECTION OFFICERS AND FELLOW INMATES IN OTHER PRISONS.ADX FLORENCE'S MAIN PURPOSE IS TO "TRY AND EXTRACT REASONABLY PEACEFUL BEHAVIOR FROM EXTREMELY VIOLENT CAREER PRISONERS." ......DEMETRIUS FLENORY DOES NOT FIT THE CRITERIA FOR HAVING BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY OF THESE OFFENSES! WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP DEMETRIUS "BIG MEECH" FLENORY AND HIS FAMILY IN YOUR PRAYERS SO THEY WILL FINALLY BE ALLOWED TO BE WITH HIM!!

My reason for signing this is because I believe in second chances, this man deserves another chance at freedom he has a family like everyone else but this is his first offense so he should get at least time served for this type of stuff...

Far too long young black men have been receiving the short end of the stick. In order for this country to survive the US Government has to show love, respect and do justice for black men in the US. Our time is now. Stop destroying black lives and help rebuild and restore the black community and God will rebuild and restore America. "Give Us Free!" Dont let the window of opportunity close to do right by us America, you owe us big time!

There is no justification for the amount of time for a first time no violent offender. IT send the wrong msg. and fits the criteria of cruel and unusual punishment.

Do to the circumstances at hand, this man did everything in his power to feed his family & friends. It may have been criminal activity, but so if officers abusing the law, & they're walking free. If George Zimmerman, a man (I question if he's not a monster.) can kill a innocent young man, & walk free, why not free or reduce the sentence of a person who stood up like a man for his community & family, when all odds were against them. He was just making due with what honestly was giving to us.
