Michael Taylor is the current deputy commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration appointed by President Barack Obama. Taylor spent decades as a lawyer for Monsanto and, in the same FDA position in the Clinton administration, was responsible for approving rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone, produced by Monsanto) use in America. This growth hormone, when consumed through dairy products, is known to increase by seven times the risk of breast, prostate and colon cancer. It is currently banned in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the entire European Union. We respectfully request that president Obama remove people with conflict of interest from positions where they can manipulate the laws for personal or corporate gain.

genetically modified foods should be totally outlawed. Statistics have proved the increase in medical problems increases the faster modified foods are marketed.

There is too much corporate influence! The government must become more responsive to the true needs of the people. Michael Taylor does not consider our concerns, but rather those of the corporate food industry.

To know who is making the laws that regulate your food is important and we have the right to have people who represent our interests, not the corporation's.
