Out of anger and disgust that a young man, doing the RIGHT THING instead of turning to a life of true crime such as robbery, drug dealing, etc. to get money is forced to close down a business he WORKS HONESTLY at to try to help is family survive. Holland MI Restaurants and a mayor he was no threat to force this boy to give up work he needs to do to help his family nobody else cares about being in the horrible situation they are in. Nobody cares about this 13 year old and the struggle his epileptic mother and father with MS are going through, the father not allowed to even stay in the shelter housing his family because of the medication he needs, not being permitted in this shelter. People seem to want to donate more to a sobbing bus monitor who was bullied by kids than to this young man who can do his job far better than that bus monitor could do his, except he is bullied by the local food buisnesses and government. I wish to god I was rich and could give them a home where they could live together, no matter WHAT medicines the father or mother have to take to survive the illnesses they are suffering with, and let the boy be like a normal 13 year old KID, not having to work to help his family survive. But I'm not rich enough to protect them. I'm afraid to donate to them on line due to the identity theives and haven't found a way to give to him off line. So this is all I found that I could do so far.

Nathan was making an Honest days wages to help his family have a roof over their heads, food to eat, and clothes on their backs as well as $$$ for him to go to college. There is ALWAYS A LOOP HOLE or way to make something happen. I guess the mayor patted himslef on the back as he went home to his wife and 2 kids in a nice plush house, food, nice clothes & college funds already in place.

Great way to show somebody the American dream. I urge people in Holland Michigan to boycott all restaurant business in the area where he was running his hot dog stand.

Hard working families is what made this country great. Big government should leave families alone when they are trying to make an honest living.

Nathan is only 13 years old and is trying to provide not only for himself but for his disabled parents. Yet the Government shuts his HOT DOG STAND down! What is this! He's 13 years old, he's barely surviving, and you shut him down even though all you "leaders" TALK about education and making sure the next generation of kids has a greater chance of success! This is no longer America. Remember why America was created. If we do this. We have made no real progress at all.
