The Governor of NY: Work Toward Zero Kill Animal Shelters in New York City by 2015

Killing hundreds of adoptable dogs and cats per week is not a sign of a civilized society. Let's get the legislation in place to force owners to neuter, be responsible for puppies and kittens, and overall lower the kill rate to as low as possible for these great domestic pets.

Our current programs are currupt, cruel, and do not have the no-kill goal.
