This ban has removed safe access to Medical Marijuana, which according to California State Law (SB 420, CA Prop 215), enhances "the access of patients and caregivers to medical marijuana through collective, cooperative, and cultivation projects." (SB 420, Part 3). Help stop local municipalities from removing your fair access to medical marijuana.

I think that if there is a ban on medical marijuana, there must also be a total ban on all pharmaceuticals which sell ineffective medicines, all of which have an easy-to-reach toxicity level. Marijuana's toxicity level is so low that anoxia would kill a person before marijuana ever would. With this knowledge, banning a safe medicine can only be enacted by someone who no longer deserves to be in power in our state.
