Tell our Politicians: Stop Paid Political Advertisements

I trust in the inteligence and the values of the American people. We will make good choices on election day, if we have acccurate information about the candidates. But, paid political advertising undermines our American democracy. The Ads are deceptive. They are created to manipulate and confuse voters. Billions of dollars are spent by special interests to manipulate and undermine our political process for personal gain. The American people should demand that this corruption of our political system stops now. Until it does, we will boycott all paid political advertising, and we will boycott all TV and radio programs that run these ads until the election season is over. We can stop money and corruption in politics, without the help of politicians. Join me now, for this election and all future elections

I believe that the massive amount of money needed to fund political advertisement campaigns inevitably leads to corruption.

Politians waste so much money slinging bad comments about their opponent. The money politions spend on running for office is exclusionary because a person in their right mind could never afford to run for office.

The ads are deceptive and the money spent on them is obscene. We could be doing so much more with the money.

Not everyone processes information the same. These ads are confusing! It's time for folks to turn off the tv. Go out and meet the candidates. Ask questions and then make up your own mind instead of letting others think they have the power to do so for you. I want my vote to stand for something real.

I am appalled by the Citizens United decision and the way our politicians have escalated this with hundreds of millions spent on inflated tv spots in swing states and elsewhere. Its totally out of hand. Our votes cannot be "bought" - !
