October 2012

After Tanya Berger's sister Tina Marie Enstad died in a motorcycle accident, T-Mobile refused to close her account. Tanya started this petition and, with the help of over 728 signatures, they won their campaign.

I lost my sister Tina in a motorcycle accident July 14th 2012. She was the only one authorized to use her account, and her bill was paid in full and the death certificate was sent in along with the payment. T-Mobile has admitted that they recieved the death certificate but has stated that even though they have it, it was mailed to the wrong place so they refuse to close her account. Now here we are just under $300 has been added to her account that they will not close, and they are moving on to threaten to go after her estate for the ballance on an account they refuse to close.

Why this is important. Well, Tina's medical bills are well over $250,000 for life flight and trauma care, and any assault on her estate will only make our family suffer more by not being able to collect the insurance money to cover her medical fees. T-Mobile knows this and yet they are still contuing to go after our family for THEIR ERROR!!!

Please help me help T-Mobile understand that this is wrong and it needs to be fixed!

Thank you!

Because Tina was a good friend of mine and when I heard about it, it disgusted me. That's horrible!! Pay the fees... Have some respect!!!!

Aren't there any REAL human beings running this business ?? I have four accounts with them & I will not consider renewing if they can't get their act together. Why should you suffer more than you already are because they made a mistake. Greedy corporations once again at work ! Good luck to your family in resolving this fight.

This is important to me because it could just as easily be my family who is being tormented by this greedy callous company. Allow this family to grieve in peace. $300 is nothing to this corporation but means everything to this family durng this time of sorrow.

The family has suffered enough, and for them to supply a death certificate it doesn't take a scientist to know when someone(T-Mobile) is trying to make a profit.

Also, I have filed with the BBB.org they(T-Mobile) is charging me as well similar situation.
