So many people have started their careers and passion for journalism with The San Matean. It became our second home. We learned so many real world lessons and gained experience we could get nowhere else. Without The San Matean, many of us would be lost. Please help us by sharing your thoughts and experiences through this petition and on our Facebook page.

Because I am a CSM graduate and because the superior education I received there helped me be admitted to one of the best universities in the county. More importantly, "The San Matean" is a wonderful publication that deserves the funding to assist young journalists express their views eloquently!
