Stop the Comcast Merger

    1. Petition by

      Fargo, ND

Please, stop communication monopolies, now.  The Comcast-NBC merger is bad for everyone.  For consumers it will lead to higher prices, fewer choices and less innovation.  The combined company will use its control of content and distribution both to squeeze out competitors and to stick consumers with the bill.  You have pledged to "reinvigorate antitrust enforcement." It's time to stand with the public and stop the Comcast-NBC mega-merger, please.

I think it's time Americans stand up against these companies. How much money is enough? If this is approved Americans will pay even more than we do now and our bills are already beyond ridiculous!

Monopolies are no good, except for the company. It causes the customer to pay more, for bad service. Should actually have more give Comcast competition to make them earn our business. Plus they are too big of a company already.
