1.Allow All Incoming or found Dogs Access to Safer Behavorial Testing.

2.Allow All tested Dogs that PASS,even the ones You Previously Have Fearfully and Unfairly Deemed "Bully Breeds" Go To Rescue!!!

3.Be In Compliance with WA State Law  RCW 9A.20.021:..." In such a prosecution, the state has the burden of showing that the owner of the dog either knew or should have known that the dog was potentially dangerous as defined in this chapter. The state may not meet its burden of proof that the owner should have known the dog was potentially dangerous solely by showing the dog to be a particular breed or breeds.""

All dog deserve a chance to live! Have a heart think outside the box! It's not the dogs fault owner should be accountable. Harsher laws for animal abuse!

You cannot judge a dog's character by it's looks.

It's just wrong to judge a dog's character based on the shape of its head. Even aggressive dogs can be rehabilitated. Many of the pitbulls confiscated from Michael Vick have been adopted. Some are serving as therapy dogs.

I too volunteered at the animal shelter for over a year, and some of the sweetest dogs were bully breeds
