Rescind Admission of Assad Aide Sheherazade Jaafari to Columbia University

    1. Petition by

      Syrian American

We believe the prestige of Columbia University is at stake, and must be preserved from being tainted by allowing the admission of a well-known aide and direct advisor to the Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad.

because of the support that ms Jaafari has of a tyrant, criminal, murduring his people, and the way she got this position not for here credential, but using the influence of a powerful media person like Mrs Walters. and the exchange was a dirty one on the part of Jaafari, it was the price of the meeting with the criminal Assad that she arranged for Mrs Walters. This is not all as Mrs Walters said, that Jaafary asked here to help here get a job with a major news outlet, beside the SIPA school. she is a spy in my book, if she is american then she is a traitor helping Assad against Syrian American citizens if sh is not an American citizen, then she is a spy not just a girl who is trying to get a job like any american girl. she is a lire.

As a Columbia University School of International Affairs alum, I am appalled by this decision. I did the human rights program and simply cannot understand why an individual who has demonstrated contempt for fundamental human rights in one of the bloodiest conflicts of the day has been invited to join this privileged program.
