Domestic Violence is something that affects everyone and is a growing epidemic. Over the years and recently there have been many players that have been involved in, charged with, and that have died from Domestic Violence. The NFL has their players wearing pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month(October) which is great but October is also Domestic Violence Awareness Month(as of right now). It is important that we all do our part to try to stop domestic violence, this is a GLOBAL problem. I honestly think that since so many people love football, it would be a great help if they wore PINK and PURPLE because it will show that they acknowledge that Domestic Violence is a problem and that they support Domestic Violence Awareness and it will bring awareness to their audience that may not realize what Domestic Violence really is. Please Join Us in our efforts and hopes to get the NFL to start wearing purple for Domestic Violence Awareness.

In the latest news developments, we see that another football player has been arrested for domestic violence. This is not a petition against the NFL in fact, I love football but the truth is a lot of football players have been involved in domestic violence incidents. I believe that the NFL could help raise awareness for Domestic Violence on bigger platform, it could not only the players but the fans of the NFL as wear. They wear pink for Breast Cancer awareness(which I also support) but what about purple for Domestic Violence? Please sign the petition.
