Restore electricity to our building

The power will not be turned on until someone pays the balance owed from the last tenants even though I have a 4 month old baby. No fans, no fridge, no water for showers, and no response from a Government owned utility company.

Restore electricity to our building, please.

This is horrible that anyone would be held to pay someone's else bill. Having a 4 month old to go without a warm bath, bottle, trying to sleep with just a fan. Something is very wrong. And this is a Government own Utility Company what's wrong with this picture. I'm going to call this place and e-mail to them all day long...Liz needs our help.....

Just bull shit, the landlord needs to pay up so the power can get turned on for the new tenant.

Landlords need to be held accountable---they knew the bill had not been paid and rented to the couple. They need to be sued.
