Dear Friends worldwide-
********PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SEE THE PHOTO OF A TSA RETIRED CANINE THAT WAS A VICTIM OF ANIMAL CRUELTY BY DHS**********

The Department of Homeland Security, TSA-NEDCTP has spent an exorbent amount of american tax dollars to fund their canine program that blissfully defies the very mission which is to protect the lives of all people and property which travel on american soil.

DHS truthfully funds a program that allows a significant amount of military and other governmental retirees to collect a free paycheck in exchange for the performance of their duties- which is, to waste and abuse federal funds and assets.

The NEDCTP fosters and promotes animal cruelty from the beginning stages of procurement of assets (canines) through training and then during the management of such asset after being assigned to an american city airport all the way to the final stage of retirement.

Prime cases:

1.) DHS, TSA promotes euthanasia of TSA canines to cover up their mismanagement of the canines after receiving such complaint reports of canine abuse and waste and abuse of federal funds;

2.) DHS, TSA fails to establish federal regulations that protect TSA canines, which such complaint reports were submitted by employee persons and the public;

3.) DHS, TSA fails to rescue TSA canines from handlers that have been reported to have abused their assigned canines while on duty and in the public venue;

4.) DHS, TSA fails to establish penalty code that holds civilian employees responsible when such acts of animal cruelty are committed which has resulted in an entire operation funded with american tax dollars that has been abused by DHS since inception of NEDCTP formerly FAA/USAF;

5.) DHS, TSA fails to establish a federal regulation for retirement of TSA canines which has resulted in specific cases of animal cruelty;

6.) DHS, TSA fails to establish federal regulation to protect TSA canines while being transported within their assigned city during their years of service;

7.) DHS allows TSA to jeopardize the safety and security of the transportation system and public safety on american soil by training TSA canines for aggression and then releasing them into U.S Cities to attack handlers and the public;

8.) DHS allows TSA to promote starvation of TSA canines upon retirement to their handlers by their failure to provide adequate food resources for the canines because the agencys do not receive any direct benefit in feeding canines that are preparing for retirement;

9.) DHS allows TSA to force handlers to abandon their TSA canines when the canine is medically injured because they do not receive a direct benefit from caring for a sick canine;

10.) DHS allows TSA to enable non employee persons to receive personal benefits from utilization of federal funds and assets (government vehicle usage and TSA canines) because they receive a direct financial benefit from such abuse of assets;

11.) DHS allows TSA to deny veterinary care services to TSA canines and to abandon medical conditions prescribed that require routine follow up exams;

12.) DHS allows TSA to violate pet fecal littering laws by not providing proper equipment to dispose and sanitize of such fecal and urine specimen(s) of the TSA canines;

13.) DHS allows TSA to patrol public airports and encourage TSA canines to attack any such persons within an airport venue including its own TSA employees; When such attack occurs, then the agency attempts to euthanize the TSA canine;

14.) DHS allows TSA to force uncertified TSA canines to work without proper credentials, training and reassessments requirements. Those TSA canines that are not certified are allowed to screen passenger cargo and cargo facilities, and jurisdiction of all airport property, terminals, checkpoints, baggage, etc. in all U.S airports nationwide;

15.) DHS allows TSA to significantly overwork TSA canines because of their failure to provide adequate public safety security coverage at U.S airports nationwide; The TSA currently is overworking (1) TSA canine in the State of Hawaii, at the Honolulu International Airport. HNL is an example of prime abuse of state and federal funds and assets.

    2. DHS allows TSA to overprice state and federal contracts

      DHS allows TSA to overprice state and federal contracts to assist the failure of NEDCTP, TSA where they were suppose to create civil service or the like that would increase employment retention to maximize resources because in 2008, TSA already spent federal funds to train and hire such handlers and canines paired to U.S airports nationwide.

      The overpricing on contracts reflects positions such federal monies are normally spent however, those positions were eliminated by contractors and per oversight of TSA.

      SPEAK UP WITH YOUR VOICE OF SUPPORT! THE IMPACT OF THIS ACTION IS SEVERE TO ALL PEOPLE.

      I am about to sign all the petitions for stricter animal cruelty laws. I have seen way too many cases of abuse recently - and my family has rescued animals who had been victims of abuse. I want there to be money behind investigating these cases and eradicating animal cruelty.
