Decisions that impact ALL stake holders in a neighborhood should be decided at well-publicized community meetings; not limited to private merchants associations, CBDs, or selective neighborhood associations. Each of the 11 supervisors should hold regularly scheduled community forums in their district.

Supervisor Wiener has displayed a disregard to the citizen's of San Francisco. No friend of neighborhoods He's no friend of renters. He's cut neighborhood input on construction. He's cut minimum size of rental units. (Let's not kid ourselves, in time, the poor will be shoved into these tiny cells after they fail on the market.) The man lied to my face when he was running for office, He never once mentioned that he would implement the mentioned, and to top it off, he gave my neighbors property they could have afforded to buy.....of which the proceeds whould have went to homeless programs. He's had ethic's violations. In closing, your vote will reflect on reputation, I hope Sup. Wiener doesn't also pull you down with him.

why was this large about of tax payer resources ear marked for lobbying interests when it could have been used to bring down the interest rates of government student loan payments, the money should be returned by the lobbyists in good faith and/or forced to do so otherwise criminal charges should be placed against the lobbyists for extortion because weather they like it or not thats what it is

Merchant associations should not be allowed use public funds to exert influence over social issues. If they want to use their "corporate free speech," they should be dipping into their own profits, not my tax payments.
