Maria Micaela Fonseca is a wonderful person who was involved in a freak accident that ended up causing someone to lose their life. She is not a murderer or a bad person. she is someone who simply made a mistake. Micaela, our thoughts and prayers are with you each and every day because we know the truth. you are an amazing person, a wonderful mother, and a friend to us all. we are all standing beside you and fighting for your rights. do not let anyone tell you that you are a bad person because you are an amazing person. all of our hearts and prayers go out to everyone who suffered a loss, not just one person.
sincerely... Brent, the fonseca family and all of your friends

She may not have failed to give the right of way but it was an honest mistake and she doesn't deserve the penalty she was given.
