Everyone should know that being an immigrant isn’t as “easy” as it may seem.People perceive that anyone who is not a citizen just comes, stays finds work, and then that is the end of it. It is not we want to show people that there is way more to being an immigrant that they think. People need to be aware of the fact the immigrants come to the U.S. every day and although they are not citizens they get treated worse than we think. The process of immigrants to obtain a green card or a US citizenship title is really long and hard. These people have grown with American customs and traditions yet have to prove that they deserve this citizenship with an exam.

I agree with it completely, and I like progressiveness.

My family members overseas have been giving it their all to become a citizen of the U.S. for a better chance at life. It sucks to see people who are already citizens refuse jobs that these immigrants are willing to pick up just to make ends meet. A lot of immigrants come here with an actual plan to be productive members of society while we have born citizens of the United States destroying the country. We need to treat immigrants better before we can call our country the land of equal opportunity.

Lets be honest with ourselves. All americans in the United States are or were immigrants. If you were born in the United States, that's awesome and that grants you citizenship. But we were never the original inhabitants of this land, Native Americans were. So in a way we're all immigrants one way or another. I do agree that a surge of illegal immigrants coming pass our borders is wrong, but it's called the land of opportunity for a reason. They go through many obstacles to make a living and settle down, whereas their home country might not have provided.
