Here is a excerpt of Rick Ross' verse on Rapper Rocko's Song U.O.E.N.O(you don't even know it) ft. Future and Rick Ross
"Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it
I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it"

'Molly' is the purest form of the drug ecstasy. When taken in excess this drug can cause disorientation, hallucinations, as well as cognitive impairment.
In this song Rick Ross is claiming to have laced a woman's drink with molly(i.e., roofied/drugged her) and then proceeded to have sex with her without her consent(i.e., rape her).
Whether this statement is fact or fiction, it is both insensitive to rape victims, and offensive toward women.
Rape is a detriment to a person's physical, emotional, and psychological health, and to be made light of in a rap song on the radio is unacceptable.

If you agree, and would like this song to be taken off the radio, please sign this petition.

This is a great step in the right direction. If more stations and companies follow suit the artists and their labels will begin to lose profit and revenue, which is exactly what it takes to get through to them.

Radio Station Pulls Rick Ross and Lil Wayne from Rotation

The questions have been asked, Is Hip Hop Music Destroying America, Is Hip Hop A Threat To Our Children or Should Rappers Be Accountable For Their Lyrics? You be the judge. Earlier this year the song "Karate Chop" leaked online featuring rapper Lil Wayne.

I'm a date rape victim and don't appreciate it being rapped about like as if it's fun and gloating about it. It's not, its ruined my life.

Because many women, teenage girls and young girls are getting rape. He is wrong and I don't think they should play any of his music on the radio anymore.

Mr. Ross would not be here today if a woman had not made the decision to carry him in her womb until his time of birth. I don't know if he has daughter's, but I am sure that there are women in his family that he loves dearly and would not want them to be harmed in this manner. We are asking Mr. Ross to pull this song. It may be a money maker, but I am sure that he is blessed with enough talents to find other ways to bring in income. Mr. Ross, please consider that this may save a young woman from becoming a victim of this hideous crime known as rape.
