Force resignation of Chairman Reince Priebus for violation of RNC Rule 11

    1. Louis Nardozi
    2. Petition by

      Louis Nardozi

      Pensacola, FL

Priebus has named Romney "the presumptive nominee" and stated, "It's beyond an endorsement. It is a complete merger wherein the RNC is putting all of its resources and energy behind Mitt Romney to be the next president of the United States." when Rule 11 specifically prohibits even MENTIONING a favored candidate. See Rule 11 below.

The Republican National Committee shall not, without the prior written and filed approval of all members of the Republican National Committee from the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to any candidate for any public or party office except the nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing deadline for that office. In those states where state law establishes a nonpartisan primary in which Republican candidates could participate, but in which the general election may not include a Republican candidate, the candidate endorsed by a convention held under the authority of the state Republican Party shall be recognized by the Republican National Committee as the Republican nominee.

    1. Dr. Paul has released a statement asking for our help

      In it, he has said that he is no longer spending money on advertising BEFORE the primary. He has also released a statement that seems to indicate he does not wish us to press the Rule 11 issue. I think it might perhaps conflict with something Dr. Paul has planned. Instead, let's all go to http://RonPaul2012.com and donate so he will have enough money for whatever it is he has to do.

      Thanks for your support!

    2. Romney NOT elegible to field delegates in new primaries

      Louis Nardozi
      Petition Organizer

      According to the section b) of rule 11, Romney is not eligible to receive any delegates from states where delegates were apportioned after he and the RNC violated Rule 11! This means any delegates received after May 1st are NOT VALID! Keep those signatures coming in and we can DO something about this. Link to the petition page! Tell your friends! Resolution Announcing Republican Unity for the 2012 Election
      Whereas, North Carolina will be a battleground state in the 2012 Presidential election, and will be especially targeted by Democrats because Obama must win North Carolina to be re-elected, making our state so important that the Democrats are holding their nominating convention in Charlotte;
      <snip>
      Resolved, The North Carolina Republican Party, in Convention June 1-3, 2012 in Greensboro, NC will be unified in working diligently and effectively in electing Republicans at all levels; and
      Resolved, That regardless of any differences we may have had in the candidates we supported in the Presidential primary, Republicans will unite in working to elect Mitt Romney as President of the United States in 2012.

    5. Priebus KNEW he has breaking Rule 11 - Here's proof!

      Louis Nardozi

      In an interview long past at this address http://rightwingnews.com/teleconferences/a-teleconference-with-rnc-chairman-reince-priebus/ Priebus states in an interview from 10 months ago, "If you look at our rules, rule #11 prohibits us from using our resources to pick a candidate in a primary. We could conceivably do it, but it’s difficult under the rules. As chairman of the party, I don’t want to get involved in primaries".

      In other words, he KNEW it was wrong and did it ANYWAY. Why might that be? Isn't Romney the steamroller who will crush all competition? REALLY think about it - why was this necessary? Why would the Chairman of the GOP PERSONALLY take the risk of ending his own career to stop someone he claims has no chance?

      By the way, we're closing on 600 signatures now. If you will all help spread the word, we could be in the thousands by tomorrow night!

      The integrity of our GOP is more than challengable - restore integrity and return the election to the people. It's time to revert back to OUR CONSTITUTION - and oust the criminals and self-serving egotists.

      I am signing because this man is as dishonest as they come. It's time for America to stop rewarding the dishonest in this country and support the few honest people out there.

      I deeply feel that Rule 11 has a valid purpose and that in this instance, Mr. Priebus is overstepping his authority. This is insulting and unbefitting a leader who is displaying colors he may someday regret. More research is needed.. We support Ron Paul because we believe that intelligence, fairness and good will is long overdue. Young man, enough of this "presumptive" applesauce!

      GOP leadership has become criminal. They represent their own interests. Not the interests of the rank and file.

      Romney sucks, he's more liberal than Obama. Compare voting records.
