This is a very obvious move back, based in bigotry and hate. Tell Rep. King that you want the people who fight for your freedom to have the freedom to marry who they want, where they want!

Why can't we ackowledge that banning gay marriage is discrimination. Enough is enough.

Steve King is an embarrassment to Iowa. He is a throw back to the bigoted, small-minded, mean-spirited 1940's! Some day his name will be thought of in the same vein as George Wallace and other impediments to dignity.

As a married heterosexual married to a service member it is simple common sense to support this petition. If I have the right to be married on post so does the lgbt community.

The Churches on post are meant to be nondenominational and as such it is explicitly important to remember that not all religious faiths define marriage the way in which certain members of our government do. The religion and bais of a few should not repress or remove the rights of all.

When you deny people the benefit of sanctifying their love and letting them live a life of committed partnership, you end up with the things you think you hate about homosexuals. All love should be honored. Let our service members be honored for their love as we honor them for their patriotism.
