Remove Madison as a DJ on XM Radio

    1. Petition by

      Courtney White

      Henrico, VA

XM Radio has been through many changes in the past couple of years. After merging with Sirius Radio, all who listened hoped for the best of both worlds. Unfortunately, Madison is still on Sirius/XM radio. She is on 2 channels: Alt Nation and 1st Wave. Since this is the case, we lose two stations that we cannot listen to because she is annoying, rude, crude, doesn’t talk about current music, unprofessional, and is very disrespectful to her listeners.

Some examples of her unprofessionalism are:

  • She yells into the microphone
  • She sings
  • She talks about her private parts, flatulence, and child
  • She speaks her opinions of bands (current and past)
  • She does not give her listeners correct information about the bands

There are numerous social media groups online and they constantly complain about her and threaten to leave Sirius/XM Radio. One Facebook group is "I Loathe Madison on Sirius/ XM radio".

We have read that Sirius/ XM radio DJs are “Master music programmers and on-air personalities, who are true experts, host our music. They back up the music with compelling information about the song being played.” I respect this fact. I can tell you this is certainly not the case with Madison. If anyone is driving with children in their car, they cannot listen to Alt Nation and 1st Wave when Madison is on the air.

Please sign the petition to help get DJ Madison off of Sirius/XM Radio and get an informative, well respected DJ in her place. We don't want her fired, just off the air. If this ends up being something she can do, that would also solve the problem.

Madison is the most unprofessional, obnoxious radio host I have ever listened to. I love the station but often do not listen because I can not stand listening to her.

Previous to today I merely found her voice and overall demeanor annoying, but a few minutes ago she used her show to openly make fun of her coworker. What in the world? Why would she think that was okay? And all the crap she has been spewing about U2/itunes the last few days is grating on my nerves. She's just the worst. Halp!
