An education must not be limited. It is something that should not be a privilege. So I vow to fight among my brothers and sisters to fight for the cause, and support the passage of the DREAM ACT.
I will be the voice for the voiceless, fight to show people what is really inside pandora's box. NO more will I be silent, I will say what I have to say WITHOUT FEAR.

Because of the unfair treatment of Anya Hahn being deported to the Ukraine for her mother over staying her visa when she was a child.  She graduated from college, held a job and paid taxes to the US, married a US citizen and is pregnant - yet they still deported her and she cannot return to the US for 10 years.  This is a true injustice in our system - when someone tries to do right and is treated this way, yet Terrorists can find the way to live here and kill our people.

May 1st is also an important day as it marks Obama's 100th day as President, a day that will be celebrated by many families wishing for new reforms that address the needs of undocumented children and families that are currently marginalized. Please join me in increasing awareness of the many issues including labor laws, education inequities, and healthcare deficits that face immigrants today.

I think that every one who has done no wrong in this country to break its laws should be given a chance to plead there case at least for an education! The foundation of this country was formed by immigrants who shared there ideas and hard work!!!

I faxed my legislators through www.americasvoiceonline.org/daretodream and have asked my friends and family to do the same. I support the DREAM Act.

As an undocumented UCLA student from my class once told me, undocumented students and people aren't criminals, they are criminalized. They are criminalized by the laws that prevent many of these hard working, high achieving students who prove their motivation to c through their eligibility into the top educational institutions in the nation. But many are unable to receive their education because of their inability to afford it, their ineligibility to apply for financial aid, scholarships, or even legally maintain a job. The DREAM Act will help remove these students' criminalized status and finally humanize their existence and the contributions they are so eager to make to our American society.
