In 2002, Mike McQueary, then a graduate assistant at Penn State University, witnessed the vicious sexual assault of a child at the hand of an adult. Mr. McQueary made no effort to stop the rape and did not notify authorities.  Instead, he turned his back on the rape, notified his superior, and continued on with his life.  Mr. McQueary's inactions allowed for the subsequent rape of an untold number of other children and he should be held legally accountable for his failure to STOP or REPORT a child rape.

Mr. McQueary is now contradicting his grand jury testimony. He now claims to have stopped the sexual assault. Let's get Mr. McQueary in court and hear the real story.

Please pass this on to your friends and family. We need to make it loud and clear that a 28-year-old, 6'0+ tall, 200lb+ man, should be held accountable for not helping a small defenseless child.

Mike McQueary is culpable. I thought it was a crime to fail to report a crime against a child to the police. If it isn't, it should be!

He is guilty of not reporting the incidence to police and not protecting the child (and all future children) from abuse. Does he have a conscious, a soul? If so, we know who his real father is.......the DEVIL.

Mike had a moral obligation to stop that shocking act when he saw it, anyone I know would have knocked Sandusky out and taken that kid to the hospital. McQueary did not tell Paterno the details because it was "delicate in nature"???? Where is his humanity, his morality? He had an obligation to tell all the details to everyone and go to the police immediately. How could he be on the same field with Sandusky. He is an accomplice to this brutal, sick crime.

McQueary, would have known that the crime of rape had never been lawfully reported regardless of whom he claims he reported it to. It should have been an instant 911-call, but he decided his employment was more important and colluded with JoePa & Sadunsky to conceal.
