This is a travesty - the supreme court overturned the verdict after it went through the appeals process in which it was discovered the prosecutors played dirty and withheld crucial evidence that would prove Justin's innocence. Then the prosecutor's key witness recanted his testimony and admitted he only named Justin as ordering the "hit" because he was told he would get the death penalty if he didn't incriminate Justin. Now it's back in the state courts and the prosecutor Morrow wants to retry him for everything. There's no evidence and it's a waste of taxpayer's money. The prosecutors should be in jail for their unethical manners of interrogating witnesses and withholding key evidence.

My Grandfather was an attorney and an honorable one. It seems that today many state prosecutors cant admit when they have made a mistake.

There is so much evidence that Justin has been wrongly convicted, he's already served too much time and been treated terribly. There are too many people involved with conflicts of interests and questionable motives and morals. It's time to quit wasting taxpayer money and this families life on this travesty.
