AUGUST 6, 2012 -  FIST Prosecutor Petition:

(Revised 12:25 AM, October 13, 2013)

Pennsylvania is "rife with corruption", according to a statement by Ralph Nader, who reportedly ranked Pennsylvania as the most corrupt State in the United States, seven years ago. Since then, the conduct of public officials has gotten shockingly worse in the Keystone State.

If the President fails to appoint a Federal Independent Special Transgovernment Prosecutor (FIST Prosecutor) well before the November election (right now would be the best time) then he himself will join the hundreds of thousands of other victims of Pennsylvania corruption, as his own party succumbs to one or more of the many un-Constitutional acts of Pennsylvania government.  The 2014 election depends on one issue: that of JUSTICE.  And the credibility of the US Government needs now to be restored, more than ever.

In fact, victims of the actions of corrupt people in Pennsylvania government (including the county and local levels) are not confined to Pennsylvania, but are scattered around the United States and found in all parts of the world, including Asia, Europe and Latin America - and most of these good people are Americans, and some are not.  They deserve justice too, of course.  Our international credibility depends on this.

The President, in trying to restore his political fortunes now, needs to be mindful of the fact that his action in adhering to his Oath of Office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution (especially in terms of Article Four, Section Four, which guarantees to all States a government which abides by the Constitution) is his best political comeback strategy. His failure to appoint a FIST Prosecutor will endanger victims of corruption in Pennsylvania, and deny justice in thousands of instances in which justice delayed is justice denied.

We want to see actions, not endless meaningless rhetoric, from the President - and we cannot wait until after the election of 2014 for the guarantee of Constitutional government in Pennsylvania to be honored.

In fact, there are about a dozen other States which need immediate appointment of their own FIST Prosecutors too, and eventually all States and some Territories should have a FIST Prosecutor - but we need to start with the States at the top of the list - Pennsylvania, Florida, Connecticut, California, and Alabama.

The FIST Prosecutor will fast-track pardon and reprieve requests straight to the President's desk for favorable consideration and immediate action.  Many of these requests have been bungled and mis-handled by the US Justice Department which acted on false information provided and manufactured by the corrupt government in Pennsylvania itself, and by the corrupt connections in the other States mentioned.  Some people say that this problem of injustice is in all 50 States.

The FIST Prosecutor will grant emergency assistance to people who have been victimized, bereaved, slandered, robbed and unjustly brutalized by government in Pennsylvania, and in all these other States;  including innocent people who have had their homes stolen and lives ruined as a result of illegal official action. The FIST Prosecutor will also recommend grounds for investigation of corrupt officials of all types, in Pennsylvania and other States, for violations of Federal laws and the Constitution.

Let us look at the progress of this petition:
We began on August 6, 2012, at 7 AM.
Within 48 hours, we had 150 signers.
      By August 24 - within 18 days,
      we had 347 signers.
By October 22, we reached 600 signatures,
and by November 18, this effort passed
two-thirds of the way to 1,000
We are now at 672 signatures, and let me
      explain the point of this.
The judge depicted in the illustration is a
caricature of justice run amok - and you will
notice that he is behind prison bars, still
wielding his gavel, still not detoxified from
      being drunk with power.
The FIST Prosecutor concept is not to
prosecute YOU! Far from it. In fact, if this
concept were to be put into action, it is quite
possible that no one at all would be prosecuted -
especially since everything in our Government is
always the way it should be, and Government never
      makes a mistake.....right?
The only people who would be investigated ....and...
      - if need be - prosecuted - are people in Government
      who have committed

We are still averaging over 20 signatures per day on the FIST Prosecutor petition, which began on August 6, 2012, around 7 AM. The banner on this page says "Signed with 342 supporters". However, around mid-day on August 23, we were up to 343 signatures on the petition (reflected in the banner to the right) and now, we are up to 347 or more signatures. My own Facebook page has been hacked repeatedly since I originated the FIST Prosecutor concept on July 11, 2012. Yesterday, August 23, it was badly hacked or attacked, and we will be investigating this, to be sure. We ask to correct the numbers on the banner to accurately reflect the number of signers. Also, I would like to welcome a new administrator to this petition, as soon as I am able to send a message to to make that formal request - and this may be difficult, since my e-mail has been scorched by hacking too. Many people have been unable to sign this petition when they tried to, and gave up. Be brave.Sign

This began August 6, 2012. We quickly ascended to about 150 signatures in the first 48 hours. Soon afterward, the vertical climb of support suddenly changed to a sharp levelling off,in much the same way as the trajectory of a rocket would suddenly change if deflected by an object aimed at its path. We have had several people tell us that they have had trouble trying to sign this petition.
We see that the number of Likes is at 437, at the same time as the number of signatures is 215 - now, at 3:30 AM on August 14, 2012.
It is very interesting that twice as many people "Like" this, as have signed it.
We know that it is easier to click a Like button, than to click a link, and sign something. Many potential signers are likely discouraged by the prospect of publicly associating themselves with an effort to stand up to corrupt powerful interests.
We now have 434 email shares, 437 Likes, 215 signatures, 29 comments (all supportive) & ten Tweets.
Encourage others to sign! Thank you!

My state is being dismantled and the peoples wealth being stolen and given away in a corrupt manner. The criminals must be exposed and stopped.

701 signatures in the first year. Looking forward to the 2nd year!

Hopefully the throttlers will lay off. (200 signatures in the first

week....701 signatures after ONE YEAR...thanks, throttlers,

for stopping the flow of signatures. All the people in Government

who are throttling and censoring free speech will be held

responsible for their actions. They need to quit while they

have an opportunity to make a clean break with their past.

That goes for the "private" throttlers too, who are really doing

the bidding of people in Government who are all for political

repression. We need to restore freedom in the USA.
