Please grant the 52-part CLUSTER PARDON AND REPRIEVE NOW

Injustice has been running rampant across the United States, in the court systems of
most States, and obstruction is ubiquitous. Victims of injustice CANNOT WAIT FOR JUSTICE; and should not be condescendingly put off by those who are well-off, comfortable, wealthy and powerful. The President has absconded on the exercise of his powers to grant pardons and reprieves. His policies on this matter are dictated by the obsolete rule-book of the Bush Jr. administration, and by Bush-Rove operatives who still infest the US Justice Department like termites, eating away at the sinews of democracy. The world knows that freedom is dead and dying in the United States of America, and the US Government has completely lost its credibility as a good-faith Government among all the other peoples and governments on earth. Humoring the President, repressing freedom of speech, and attacking Mitt Romney on his tax returns and his private life will not work. Mr. President, before you hand out one more dollar in foreign aid . . . before you send negotiators to talk to the Taliban one more time . . . sit down and talk with the Americans who are victims of towering injustices, and aid US. By granting the 52-facet cluster pardon, you can restore justice, end the worldwide cynicism about America, assist imperiled peacemakers to make more peace, preserve vast quantities of beautiful music which is about to be swept away in Pennsylvania by the fascist Corbett regime, preserve the integrity of the upcoming election, improve the US and world economy immeasurably, heal thousands of broken families and friendships, powerfully restore freedom and the fabric of trust in our society, and FREE DON SIEGELMAN! Submitted to the American people and the conscience of the world on October 2, 2012, by Scott Davis and the FIST Prosecutor network. Thank you!

First, you see the link for the Andy G. Garcia petition: he will be
released from prison in one week; ahead of schedule.
In eight days, we will observe the first anniversary of this
petition effort. The Obama Administration's response to our
plea to LET OUR PEOPLE GO has been continued
Pharoah-like obstinacy. In the meantime, (and I do
mean MEAN-time) the pardoning backlog has gotten
worse, as have the sufferings of all those kept waiting
for justice, whose lives are "drying up like a raisin in the sun".
Accordingly, we have added 37 new names to the list
on the 52-part Pardon and Reprieve.
This ancillary list was published on September 7, 2013
      on the following link:
The list should be visible as the 2nd post from the top.
The 52-part Pardon and Reprieve has received international
support and wide interest in the United States, ranging way beyond
      the 275 signatures visible here.

It's time for the President to align his high office with the new
realities of politics in America. The departure of Senator
Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey is not only a cause for
national mourning, but a major change in American political
alignment in Congress. The President's "Democratic
Majority" in the US Senate is about to vanish. Mr. Obama
will now have to bargain with members of his own party
as much as he has to bargain with Republicans.
Business-as-usual in Washington.... is OVER as of today.
Think quietly and dispassionately about what this means,
      and plan accordingly. Carpe Diem.

Bill Clinton, on August 5, 2009, was in Pyongyang, North Korea,
for the purpose of asking for a pardon for Laura Ling and Euna Lee.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Il granted the pardon early in the
morning of August 6, 2009 - just a few hours after Bill Clinton's
request. Bill Clinton then brought his entire retinue plus the
two American ladies, who had feared imminent imprisonment
at hard labor, back to the United States on August 5, 2009
      (the dates are correct.)
Was North Korean leader Kim Jong Il more merciful than Obama
in granting pardons and reprieves? Apparently. And why is that?
Because of bad advice and sloppy work by the US Justice Department.
Because of this, AMERICA STARVES FOR JUSTICE.
Please see the result of the QUICK granting of a pardon request by
North Korean leader KIM JONG IL! <>

I signed this petition because my family continues to be the victims of government corruption since 1994 - present. Malicious prosecution, wrongful conviction, wrongful death and obstruction of justice all equals cruel and unusual punishment.
