Deny parole to Paul Brown

Paul Brown is a murderer who took an innocent man's life 22 years ago in cold blood. Thomas David Roden (Tommy Roden) was the victim of this man's ruthless actions. Tommy left behind a son and daughter, sisters, mother, friends, and many others who were forever changed by this senseless act of violence. We cannot let a known murderer back in the public; it could be anyone's family member or friend next. If someone has shown a capacity for killing before, who is to say they aren't likely to do it again? He is up for parole this year, and we have been lucky to have kept him imprisoned as long as we have.

A link to the court case can be found here. I am the son of the victim, and I never really knew all the details of what happened until I read this. I became sick to my stomach and furious beyond belief upon reading how cruel and heartless they were... Comments like "He ain't dead yet" and "Finish him off" just prove to me how cold and evil this man is.. My God, we can't let someone like this back out into the public..

I am Tommy's aunt. Tommy was a kind, wonderful person who loved his family very much. This man, who took so much from so many, should never be let out of prison to cause pain and suffering to another family.

Tommy was my 1st cousin. All of our family members miss him. His manner of death was so cruel and . I can't imagine what he went through in his last few minutes of life. Keeping Paul Brown in prison will not bring Tommy back to us, but it would keep any member of our family or community feel that justice was served and also feel a lot safer with him off the streets. Just imagine that Tommy was your family member.....

any person who murder's another in cold blood should die instead of being taken care of in a prison. Since he is in for life let him rot, he gave his victims no choice.

I dont believe a person can be rehabilitated after doing such a horrible crime. I believe it will put the public in harms way if this man ever gets out of jail. For God's sake, it could've been any of us or our family members. Thank you for your time.
