NYS BRONX SUPREME IDV COURT JUDGE DIANE KIESEL GRANTED CUSTODY TO THE FATHER KNOWINGLY DOMESTIC ABUSE WAS A MAIN FACTOR ! , DENIED ME THE RIGHT TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY TO CROSS EXAM MR DIAZ , THEREFORE DOMESTIC CHARGES WAS DISMISSED AND NEVER CONSIDERED DURING THE CHILD CUSTODY TRIAL . LOOK AT AND CONSIDER THE Damaging psychological and emotional effect on the "Child". It's Extremely important to have a Mother Nurturing a child in their, first 5 yrs of a Child's Developmental and Emotional Stages. STOP THE PERSONAL ATTACKS ON WOMEN AND CHILDREN OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE , STOP THE NAME CALLING , (EMOTIONAL , CRAZY , UNSTABLE ) AND BLAMING US FOR OUR ABUSE ! .... STOP BREAKING UP OUR FAMILIES .... IF YOU GIVE ABUSIVE FATHERS CUSTODY OF OUR KIDS , THIS ALLOWS THEM TO STALK US , VIOLATING OUR CONFIDENTIAL ADDRESSES. THEY CONTINUE TO AGGRAVATE, AND FURTHER HARASS US ! THEY FAIL TO CONFORM AND COMPLY WITH VISITATION ORDERS. WHICH LEADS US TO A LIFE OF UNCERTAINTY AND IMBALANCE. WE BECOME "MOTHERS OF LOST CHILDREN". CHILDREN THAT GET LOST IN THE SYSTEM . WHEN COURTS AWARD SOLE CUSTODY TO ABUSIVE MEN IT GIVES THEM A FREE PASS SO THEY NO LONGER HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT ! !!!
99% OF ALL OFFICERS OF THE COURT HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS WHOM ALSO MAY BE RELATED TO JUDGES, AND LAWYERS AND OTHER OFFICIALS FRIENDS AND THEIR COLLEAGUES , WILL BE BIASED , COVER UP , LIE AND CHEAT ABUSE THEIR POWER OF AUTHORITY , IT'S UNETHICAL , IT'S CORRUPT .... 99% OF THE TIME POLICE DO NOT ARREST OTHER POLICE OR RETIRED EX COPS .

Because it is very important for a child to have a mother...and not allow an abusive parent/ partner to continue abusing the mother by taking away the one thing that she holds dear.

Women righst are human rights!Feminism is a movement that has been in existence since the 19th century. It first began with the women's suffrage protests, which promoted women's rights to vote and continues to this day. It is considered to have run in three waves: the suffrage movements in the 19th and early 20th centuries, the women's liberation movements beginning in the 1960s, and a continuation of the perceived failures of the second wave beginning in the 1990s. Today, feminist movements work to protect women against sexual assault, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

      Rebecca West

"I myself have never been able to find out precisely what feminism is: I only know that people call me a feminist whenever I express sentiments that differentiate me from a doormat."

"There is, of course, no reason for the existence of the male sex except that sometimes one needs help with moving the piano."

Rebecca West, who lived from December 21, 1892 to March 15 1983, was an English author, journalist, literary critic, and travel writer who had a commitment to feminism. She is considered to be one of the foremost intellectuals of the 20th century. Her major works include "Black Lamb and Grey Falcon," a history and culture of Yugoslavia; "A Train of Power," a coverage of the Nuremberg Trials; "The Meaning of Treason," a study of WWII and communist traitors; and "The Return of the Soldier," a modernist WWI novel.

      Gloria Steinem

"A woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle."

"A feminist is anyone who recognized the equality and full humanity of women and men."

"I have met brave women who are exploring the outer edge of human possibility, with no history to guide them, and with courage to make themselves vulnerable that I find moving beyond words."

Gloria Steinem is a renowned feminist who is known for being a strong leader during the second women's liberation movement in the 1960s and 1970s. She has received many awards and honors for her work for feminism and her many organizations and projects, which helped the movement grow and prosper. One of the most important of these was the Women's Media Center that works to help women meet their potential, which she founded with Jane Fonda and Robin Morgan in 2005.

      DID YOU KNOW?

Lipstick feminism is a movement of the third wave of feminism that attempted to take control of the perhaps over-zealousness of the second wave which brought out negative stereotypes about feminists. This movement sought to reclaim the things that second-wave feminists thought to be dis-empowering like makeup and bras. It also worked to take the social stigma away from women's sexual behavior that was previously deemed to be immoral.

      Roseanne Barr

"The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it."

"Women complain about premenstrual syndrome, but I think of it as the only time of the month that I can be myself."

American actress, comedian, writer, producer, and director, Roseanne Barr is an advocate of feminism to this day. She saw the value in embracing everything about womanhood and rejected the traditional "weak housewife" role completely. After a quick success in stand-up comedy, Barr found her fame when she was offered a sitcom of her own, "Roseanne." She wanted to create a realistic show that represented a strong mother and housewife who was not "a victim of patriarchal consumerism."

      Clare Boothe Luce

"Because I am a woman, I must make unusual efforts to succeed. If I fail, no one will say, 'She doesn't have what it takes.' They will say, 'Women don't have what it takes.' "

"Male supremacy has kept woman down; it has not knocked her down."

Clare Boothe Luce was born March 10 1903 and lived until October 9, 1987. She was an icon for feminism as the first American woman to be appointed to a major ambassadorial post abroad. Boothe Luce also spent two terms as a congresswoman in Connecticut, a republican who became more conservative each year. As a republican, Boothe Luce often found that should she stood among few in her party with mild or favorable views toward blacks, immigrants, and women being denied professional careers. At the end of her life, Booth Luce had bequeathed much of her life's fortune to an academic program, which encouraged the training and entry of women into technological fields traditionally dominated by men.

      Robin Morgan

"If I had to characterize one quality, as the genius of feminist thought, culture, and action, it would be the connectivity."

"Women are not inherently passive or peaceful. We're not inherently anything but human."

      "I'm just a person trapped inside a woman's body."

Robin Morgan, a poet, novelist and nonfiction writer, is known for her feminist action alongside Gloria Steinem in the 1960s and 1970s. She has been a key radical feminist leader of the women's liberation movements, and writer of the timelessly influential anthology, "Sisterhood is Powerful" from 1970. Morgan founded a great number of organizations that work toward further women's liberation and provide the help and support needed for abused women.

Feminism has come a long way since its origins fighting for women's rights to vote. Movements have been largely successful over the years, but many feminists still lobby for such equalities as equal pay, gender neutrality in language, and reproductive rights such as access to contraceptives and abortion. Gender roles seem to be on their way out of the common mindset with more and more men taking the role of daily caregiver of children, and women taking more control in the workplace. More and more women also continue to be granted seats in government and are given more opportunity for independence than ever before.
