We have natural beauty in our coastline and forests, offering sandy beaches, camping, and hiking trails for all fitness levels, boating, canoeing, or kayaking on countless, clear, lakes and rivers. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming people and quality accommodations, and a "vacant" ferry terminal. Without the ferry we've become too remote to draw tourists from the US each year. Our lovely town is dying out. Our young people moving away in great numbers. Whole families relocating to find employment. The ferry was, and will be again, the backbone of Yarmouth, Nova Scotias economic stability. Help us to help ourselves!

Over the last few years I have seen not only business in Yarmouth go out of business but even in Clare. I truly believe this is because the boat is not longer going to Yarmouth. Whomever decided to stop the boat in the first place did not have the conerns of the people on the list.
